Spruce Run Tax & Accounting is owned and operated by Tina Lower.

Tina has ten years of public accounting experience working with diverse companies including governmental, not-for-profits, manufacturing, and financial organizations. The last two and a half years, Tina has worked with a not-for-profit organization as their Accountant and opened Spruce Run in November of 2012.

In 2006, Tina graduated from Central Penn College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration majoring in Accounting. She then returned to earn her Master's Degree and graduated with honors with a MBA majoring in Accounting.

After opening Spruce Run Tax & Accounting Services, Tina remains focused on building her business and servicing clients in Central and Northeastern PA.

Tina stays up to date on all reporting requirements for payroll and tax preparation.
